How can I access my account and make a payment?

We have a range of payment options so that you can get back up and running in a way that works for you.

Can I set up a payment plan with InDebted?

Of course! You can set up a flexible payment plan, and choose when you want payments to start, the instalments you’re comfortable with, and also the frequency of scheduled payments.

Does InDebted offer discounts?

If you have a discount offer for your account, you may receive an email from us about a settlement offer. If there’s no discount offer currently available but you would still like to make a payment, you can set up a payment plan that best suits your circumstances.

Does InDebted provide proof of payment after payment is made?

Yes, upon successful payment, we’ll send you an email which includes payment confirmation and your remaining balance.

How long does it take for my payment to reflect in my account?

If you've made a payment but can't see it reflected, don't worry! Sometimes this takes a few days.

I can't afford the minimum instalment on the payment plan, what can I do?

If you can’t afford the minimum instalment, please get in touch with our team. We can discuss your situation and explore possible solutions.
