Duties and Responsibilities: Leverage exceptional written communication skills to negotiate and interact effectively with customers via email, SMS and live chat, ensuring a seamless and empathetic customer experience. Handle inbound customer communications through live chat, email, text message and phone calls , focusing on assisting customers resolve their accountAssess and understand customers’ situations to negotiate effectively and guide them toward favorable resolutions. Apply collections experience to assist customers in creating and committing to repayment plans that suit their circumstances while aligning with regulatory and company objectives. Adhere to InDebted’s core values and foster trust with customers through transparent and supportive communication. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist customers on their journey to becoming debt-free by using insights from customer interactions to propose tailored solutions. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices. Consistently achieve and exceed key performance metrics: Experience and Skills: Experience in a multi-communication contact centreStrong self-motivation and resourcefulness, with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously across digital channels. High proficiency with web-based tools and systems for customer interaction and documentation. About the Role: The Head of Collections (UAE) owns the economic performance, compliance posture, and scalability of InDebted’s collections operations in the UAE. This is a builder-operator role for someone who treats collections as a capital allocation and optimisation problem. You are accountable for turning delinquency into predictable cash outcomes through disciplined execution, data-driven decisioning, and strict compliance in a highly regulated, relationship-sensitive market. This is not a legacy call-centre leadership role. It is a hands-on operator role with real ownership of outcomes, unit economics, and how results are delivered. You will design, run, and continuously optimise the UAE collections engine end to end.

As a global leader in digital, compliance-led collections, InDebted partners with the world’s most innovative enterprises to modernise recovery, protect brand equity, and transform the customer experience. We are now bringing that model to the UAE through a new joint venture anchored by ADCB — and we are hiring a Managing Director to lead and scale our presence in one of our most important new markets. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the UAE P&L, driving enterprise growth across banks/telcos/utilities/BNPLs, and establishing InDebted as the region’s benchmark for compliant, digital-first collections. About the Role: The Managing Director (UAE) is the senior-most leadership position for the market, accountable for commercial growth, operational performance, regulatory alignment, and long-term client relationships. You will lead the UAE go-to-market strategy, spearhead expansion beyond ADCB, and ensure we execute a relationship-driven enterprise entry model suited to the UAE market’s dynamics. You will build, lead, and manage a small but high-performing local team — including hiring and managing the Business Development Lead — while working closely with global product, compliance, operations, and executive leadership.
