Strengthening our Legal, Risk and Compliance function
We’re proud to have not just one, but two highly regarded leaders in the Risk, Compliance & Legal remit at InDebted. Laura White has joined InDebted as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, while Tim Collins has been appointed as General Counsel.
Our mission is to change the world of consumer debt collection for good. Central to this is ensuring we have cutting edge regulatory controls, best practice with complex global compliance requirements, and advanced risk management frameworks - all so we can provide trusted solutions to the businesses we partner with, while protecting consumer outcomes.
Already a key member of InDebted’s Executive Team since 2021, Tim Collins will move into the role of General Counsel, using his legal acumen and commercial outlook to build a robust legal framework into our business and work closely on our M&A prospects around the world.
As such, we’re thrilled to welcome Laura White into the role of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Laura joins InDebted after almost a decade as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at publicly-listed global debt buyer, PRA Group. Prior to this, Laura spent over 6 years as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Allianz Global Assistance, Americas.
“InDebted has established itself as a positive force for good in the collections industry,” said Laura. “After following the company’s success for some time, I’m incredibly excited to be part of the team.”
“In an evolving regulatory environment, and with the rapidly changing nature of our industry, InDebted is firmly positioned at the forefront of progression. It’s a privilege to lead the Risk and Compliance function for a collections business paving the way for positive change.”
Josh Foreman, Founder and CEO said, “We’re delighted to welcome Laura on board. She brings a unique combination of deep industry experience, combined with shared ethos and values. Laura’s appointment in conjunction with Tim’s role as General Counsel will strengthen all facets of InDebted’s Legal, Risk and Compliance, and fosters the discipline we need to deliver the next phase of our strategy.”
