As we scale, this key role will partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven financial decision-making and shape strategic growth initiatives. This highly visible position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the company’s financial processes and future trajectorySummary of the role: As a Senior FP&A Manager at InDebted, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial planning and analysis activities. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy. By analysing financial data, monitoring performance, and conducting variance analysis, you’ll provide key insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. This role also involves collaborating with various departments across the organisation to ensure financial objectives are integrated into wider business plans. You'll optimise financial processes, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve overall efficiency.
