We InDebted Australia Pty Ltd ACN 613 132 951, Australian Credit Licence 522850 (InDebted) are a debt collection agency focused on customer experience and providing people with the tools they need to easily resolve their accounts. We have been appointed by your credit provider to help you manage your loan and repayments under it.

Financial hardship

We understand there may be times when your personal circumstances change unexpectedly (for e.g., you have lost your job, suffered an illness, been affected by a natural disaster or are experiencing a reduction in your income) and are having trouble in meeting your payment obligations under your credit contract, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

How long will it take?

We will endeavour to resolve the complaint on the spot or within days. We'll keep you informed of our progress and if we're unable to resolve your complaint within 21 days we'll tell you that we need more time or more information from you to investigate.

External Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of InDebted’s internal dispute resolution process provides, you can refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provide consumers and small businesses with free and independent dispute resolution for financial complaints.
