As the Strategic Client Success Manager you will be responsible for owning the post sales relationships with InDebted’s largest Clients, such as Enterprise Financial Services, Utility and Telecommunications organisations. These companies have partnered with InDebted because we provide an industry leading debt collection solution, which has a positive customer experience while achieving superior commercial outcomes.
 
Success in this role will see you embedded as a strategic advisor to our Clients. You will be required to have a deep understanding of our Clients’ businesses, their utilization of the InDebted solution, and be able to consistently uncover and close expansion opportunities to win market share and drive revenue growth. You will be the main point of contact for our Clients, and work cross-functionally across Sales, Technical Support, Product and Customer Service teams. You will be leading the charge in ensuring our Clients are getting the most value from their partnership with InDebted, and play an active part in influencing the InDebted Product to better serve our clients.

What will you accomplish?

  • Become the trusted advisor for your clients, ensuring continued alignment to their business goals, and providing value through insights, consultative guidance and solution driven business reviews
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product features, differentiators and how we are disrupting the debt collection space
  • Ensure clients grow their business with InDebted by focusing on optimizing strategies, building the necessary process and controls, 
  • Develop and deliver detailed Account Plans, and compelling value propositions
  • Analyze client performance and conduct structured, regular business reviews to provide consultative guidance to client and articulate the value of the partnership
  • Identify and build a healthy expansion pipeline to drive long term growth from our strategic relationships
  • Establish and nurture executive level relationships to ensure continued alignment between InDebted and our clients
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance on forecasting
  • Proactively track and report on key performance metrics

What do we need from you?

  • 5+ years’ of professional experience
  • 3+ years’ of client service, client success, or account management experience at a high-growth company
  • 2+ years’ experience working with a software / technology company
  • 2+ years’ account receivable / collections industry experience 
  • Ability to translate data into business insights
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability and experience to handle strategic accounts
  • Ability to build relationships and influence towards outcomes

Where will this role be based?


InDebted is a remote-first company. Work from anywhere you like, as long as you have a good internet connection and at least a 4-hour overlap with business hours in the Australian Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC+10 during AU Winter and UTC+11 during AU Summer).
