We’re fully remote, with a team of over 300 people living and working all around the world. Founded in Australia, we’ve since expanded into the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. We’ve doubled our revenue year over year, with significant growth on the horizon. Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and verification of processes and documentation to ensure compliance and organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of processes and continuous improvement.

Auditing & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct and oversee audits to validate the accuracy and relevance of documentation and processes.
  • Lead quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Learning:

  • Facilitate and lead advanced knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning.
  • Develop strategies to enhance process documentation and alignment across the organisation.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Serve as the senior expert in knowledge management, providing guidance on complex documentation and audit processes.
  • Manage client audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong expertise in process alignment, documentation management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Certification in Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
