What’s the opportunity?
InDebted is in search of a Demand Generation Manager to join our Growth Marketing Team and work under the direction of our Marketing Manager. You will be a critical player and leader in our growth initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft compelling, interesting and outstanding campaigns, launch and run them across multiple channels, and measure the impact on pipeline creation, revenue generation and new logo acquisition.

The Team
The marketing team is growing rapidly, and includes growth marketing, corporate marketing, product marketing and web development. It’s a high performing team that loves problem solving, evangelizing and delivering industry-leading business results to both new and existing clients.  The primary objectives of the Marketing team are to help generate new business, deliver highly qualified sales opportunities, land new clients, and retain 100% of clients.

What you'll work on

  • Help lead our global growth efforts driving demand generation, pipeline conversion, and expansion across both organic and paid channels  

  • Design, manage, and operationalize our inbound demand generation programs - including website, paid social, emails, search engine optimization, and A/B testing

  • Work with our content agency and manage their day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter

  • Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, client success and product management to uncover new conversion paths and opportunities 

  • Develop a deep understanding of InDebted’s buyer personas, platform, and journey

Desired skills & experience

  • A strategic thinker with at least 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or an analytical role at a high growth B2B SaaS company 

  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.

  • Empathy – for our team, our clients, and their customers

  • Experience in building & managing ad campaigns in AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.

  • Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes)

  • Google AdWords & Analytics certifications preferred

  • Multi-tasking, flexibility, and the ability to consistently evaluate priorities with attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis

  • Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing sight of goals.

  • Experience working with third party vendors including agencies and contractors

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Outreach

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with account based marketing programs

Where will this role be based?
InDebted is a remote-first company with offices in Sydney, Manila, London, Toronto, Montreal, and Missouri. 

This role is  remote and based in North America.
