We're looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting and unique role for someone a few years into their career who wants to step-up to a position with broad global responsibility at one of the world's most exciting FinTechs.

Being our second marketing hire, you will have a massive impact on helping us achieve our mission of becoming a global Collections API. You will be responsible for growing our global customer acquisition funnel across channels to support our broader international sales team. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, this role is great for someone on the ascent to marketing leadership.

To succeed in this role, you need to be both creative and analytical, excited to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to embrace the challenge and opportunity to ensure our marketing function's holistic success. You will need to play the role of an individual contributor, while also working with a strategic lens focused on the bigger picture. 

What will you accomplish? 

  • Devise a multi-channel strategy and tactical playbook that delivers on ambitious targets for highly-qualified leads and, ultimately, marketing contribution to revenue

  • Introduce automated workflows into our funnel, and maintain their effectiveness by using the latest techniques - so that we both recognise our best leads and enhance our ability to convert them

  • Own and optimise, with high-frequency iteration, all channels in which we find our clients, including email, paid search, SEO, social (LinkedIn), and events

  • Work with others on our team, and agency partners, to develop compelling content campaigns that articulate our vision, educate our market, and draw leads to engage with us

  • Manage and execute our web presence, working with team members to optimise content, website, and campaign assets to deliver excellent SEO and conversion results

  • Build reports that monitor vital drivers, by channel, of our business success, including MQLs, new logos, new $ closed-won, CPL, CAC, conversion, ROI, engagement, audience, SEO performance

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Client Management to enhance our ability to turn leads into great clients

  • Be a great team player: be reliable, bring a positive attitude to work, get along with your colleagues, and have fun along the way

What do we need from you? 

  • 2-4 years across multiple marketing disciplines, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment

  • Exceptional project management and organisation skills that have enabled you to build a track record of hitting goals and deadlines

  • Affinity with the modern marketing stack and a proven ability to get the most out of your tools 

  • Experience collaborating with Sales; familiarity with Salesforce and demonstrated knowledge of CRM architecture and best practices 

  • The intuitive user of data with a grasp of the metrics that you need to track to deliver on scalable, cost-effective marketing performance

  • Highly developed written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills

Where will this role be based?

InDebted is a remote-first company with offices in Sydney, Manila, London, Toronto, Montreal, and Missouri. Work from anywhere you like, as long as you have a good internet connection and at least a 4-hour overlap with North American business hours.
