We are looking to add a multi-dimensional, detail-oriented People Operations professional to the team.
In this role, you will be working on designing, testing, implementing and operating new People Operations processes and systems to help us grow and scale. A critical success metric will be ensuring that employees have all the tools and resources they need to be productive from their first day.
You'll work closely with other Operations team members and with our Head of Happiness, to improve employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
You know the people operations space and can come in and take over many existing people operations systems while suggesting new practices to improve as we grow.
You've worked in an environment before where the day to day continually changes as you juggle a variety of short term tasks and long term goals.
You're comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy and have exceptional communications skills for this environment.
What will you accomplish?
Support the full employment lifecycle of our employees from onboarding through to offboarding
Manage the implementation of new tools and processes to support our global expansion journey
Manage all HR admin in collaboration with the Finance team
Collaborate across departments and teams to develop and lead international People initiatives
Act as an initial point of contact for employees on People Ops matters
Design and create programs to enhance the company's culture in conjunction with our Head of Happiness
Support the Operations team as needed
Assist managers with optimising employee performance
Support the recruitment process through the development of job descriptions, job posting and screening
What do we need from you?

Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Bring energy, creativity and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, plan and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
2-3 years of experience in People Operations or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related technical field
Bonus points for:
Exposure to high growth technology businesses
An understanding of the performance and value drivers of technology businesses
Where will this role be based?
InDebted is a remote-first company with offices in Sydney, Manila, London, Toronto, Montreal, and Missouri. Work from anywhere you like, as long as you have a good internet connection and at least a 4-hour overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10) during business hours.
