Lodge a dispute
Please use this form to let us know if:
- You don’t recognise a debt
- You believe the amount is incorrect
- You’ve already paid a debt
- Or if there is an ongoing issue with the goods and services the debt is for, which is still unresolved.
If you have concerns over any fraudulent activity, please submit a Fraud claim instead. Once we’ve received your dispute, we’ll place your account on hold. We may need to raise your dispute with your original creditor. Please allow at least 30 days for this to take place. We’ll reach out if we require any further information.
