Please use this form to notify us:
- If you don’t believe a debt belongs to you;
- or you know your identity has been falsely used by someone else to fraudulently open an account.
What to include in this form:
To assist us with investigating fraud claims, we will need details on why you don’t believe a debt belongs to you, including any transactions you don’t recognise, and details of any police reports you have already lodged.
What happens once you submit your fraud claim?
Once we’ve received your fraud claim, we’ll place your account on hold. We may need to raise this with your original creditor. Please allow at least 30 days for this to take place. Either InDebted or your original creditor may reach out if we require any further information.
