You will play a vital role in developing machine learning and conversational AI solutions to resolve complex business problems, such as enhancing customer engagement, improving operational efficiency and improving collection performance. This involves end-to-end project management, ranging from the conceptualisation and innovation of solutions to the sourcing and processing of data, and to the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models as well as prompt-engineered & fine-tuned large language models.

 The Data team at InDebted focuses on developing machine learning models, AI solutions, BI solutions and data transformation processes to accelerate our disruption of the traditional debt collection industry.
