Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the team as well as delivering sophisticated reporting, analysis and building tracking tools to understand performance drivers. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior data analyst and data wrangler who enjoys automation, providing outside of the box solutions to data problems, report creation, forecasting, predictive modelling and insights generation. You must be a self-motivator, should enjoy training and developing others, and should be able to work independently. You will play a key role in our organisation's data-driven decision-making process.Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with key stakeholders, conduct in-depth research and provide actionable recommendations. Reporting to Analytics Lead, you will work closely with the data team to ensure successful execution of insights, with a focus on long-term initiatives and recurring responsibilities.

We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong interest in Big Data to join our Foundational Engineering team. This role blends Software Engineering with aspects of Data Engineering, focusing on evolving our multi-region AWS Data Lake, built on Apache Iceberg and Athena, while also contributing to the development of a global non-PII data layer. Additionally, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between data infrastructure and our Engineering teams, delivering essential services that support multiple Product Engineering teams across the organisation.How we work:We operate with a lightweight, agile process that prioritises cross-functional collaboration, autonomy, and knowledge-sharing. The Foundational Engineering team works mostly asynchronously, but from time to time we pair with other teams that practice trunk-based development, extreme programming.
