Payment Options

If you’ve made a payment but can’t see it reflected, don’t worry! Sometimes this takes a few days.

We notify creditors within 1 day of receipt of payment. It may take up to 60 days after notification for the payment to be reflected in your creditor’s account balance, depending on how often your creditor processes payments. Payments made directly to your creditor may take up to 30 days to reflect on your balance with us, depending on how often your creditor reports payments to us.

*Payment method availability is dependent on who your creditor is. Login to our payment portal to confirm if this method is available for you.

If you made a payment over these timeframes, please reach out to our Customer Experience team. Please include the below details so we can investigate and resolve this for you as soon as possible:

• Date of payment
• Amount paid
• Receipt number
• PDF/Screenshot of payment receipt

Once we have these details, we’ll reach out to your creditor to check on the payment status. In the meantime, we’ll put your account on hold.

Please keep in mind that if we don’t receive proof of your payment and your account remains outstanding, you may still receive collection emails or payment reminders from us.
