How long does it take for my payment to reflect in my account?
If you’ve made a payment but can’t see it reflected, don’t worry! Sometimes this takes a few days.

If you have paid us, and your creditor hasn’t received the payment, this can take up to 10 days, depending on how often your creditor accepts funds from us.
If you made a payment over 10 days ago via any payment method, please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. Please include the below details so we can investigate and resolve this for you as soon as possible:
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Receipt number
- PDF/Screenshot of payment receipt
Once we have these details, we’ll reach out to your original service or credit provider to check on the payment status. In the meantime, we’ll temporarily put your account on hold.
Please keep in mind that if we don’t receive proof of your payment and your account remains outstanding, you may still receive collection emails or payment reminders from us.
