Can I make a one-time payment or pay off the remaining balance on my account while in a payment plan?

If you have some extra funds on hand, you can easily make an extra payment online.
When you first created a payment plan, you will have received an email outlining your plan details. You’ll also receive emails each time a payment succeeds or fails. Each of these emails will have a blue button that allows you to trigger various account actions (e.g. “Manage Plan”, “Retry Payment”). Simply search your inbox for an email with a subject line including “payment plan” and select the blue button to make an extra payment.
