What will you accomplish?
Work closely with subject matter experts from the delivery organisation, product managers, engineers, and designers to establish and implement an integrated solution
Assist team leads to identify the scope of changes and provide input about potential new processes or modifications of existing processes for new product releases
Work closely with our engineering team on solution implementation
Document the solution and ensure that information provided in the documentation is correct, complete and presented in the most appropriate manner
Be obsessed with learning everything about our clients to understand their needs and to be able to identify critical functionality
Prioritise the roadmap, balancing the needs of our clients with those of the business and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
What do we need from you?
3+ years of Product Management experience building products at scale focused on customer experience
Prior experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment
Strong ability to facilitate discussions and articulate the rationale behind your stance
Team player who is comfortable challenging assumptions, giving critical feedback and driving consensus in the interest of achieving the best outcome for the customer
Being comfortable with juggling multiple priorities for different stakeholders while delivering what's most valuable to our customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience
Not afraid to experiment, fail and learn from it

Where will this role be based?
InDebted is a remote-first company with offices in Sydney, Manila, London, Toronto, Montreal, and Missouri. Work from anywhere you like, as long as you have a good internet connection and at least a 4-hour overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10) during business hours.
