Your RoleAs a Product Lead at InDebted, you’ll be accountable for the effective execution of one segment of the Product Strategy, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Product Strategy, with a particular focus on your product area. You will build and maintain the Product Roadmap that most-effectively delivers the strategy, by way of deep and continuous engagement with stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesRoadmap: Define and constantly refine Product Roadmap(s) to deliver on the Product Strategy for one or more Product Development teams, while managing all stakeholders’ competing interests.Planning: Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the business to:Prioritise and sequence delivery to ensure we’re delivering the strategy in the most effective way.Develop and refine solution designs.  The Data team at InDebted focuses on developing machine learning models, AI solutions, BI solutions and data transformation processes to accelerate our disruption of the traditional debt collection industry. By utilising the rich datasets we have accumulated from communicating with our customers via digital-first channels and other innovations, we are able to efficiently deliver significantly better collections performance results compared to our peers.Being a member of our Research and Development team, you will work in close collaboration with different departments to provide support to both internal and external stakeholders. As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying custom reporting data pipelines and file integration solutions.
