Can I make a one-time payment or pay off the remaining balance on my account while in a payment plan?
You sure can! If you have some extra funds on hand, you can make a payment equivalent to your regular payment plan while keeping your current payment plan in place.

We’ll first need your consent to cancel your existing payment plan. After this, you can pay the remaining balance in full.

You will have received an email or SMS when you first set up your payment plan outlining your payment plan details. You may also receive email or SMS reminders each time a payment is coming up, or a payment is processed, which gives you updates on your balance. In any of these emails, you will also have a blue button labelled “View plan” or “Retry Payment”. Simply select this option to view your latest payment plan details and update your plan.

Depending on your creditor, you can update your plan by selecting the "Manage Plan" option in our emails.
