Payment Plan

Can I make a one time payment on my account while in a payment plan?

You sure can! If you have some extra funds on hand, you can make a payment equivalent to your regular payment plan while keeping your current payment plan in place.

Making an extra payment allows you to shorten your payment plan. Extra payments will not change your next instalment or your payment plan schedule. We will use the current method associated with your payment plan.

You can make the extra payment by selecting the ‘View Plan’ button in the email you received from InDebted when you created your payment plan. This will take you to a page where you can see your plan details and allow you to easily process an additional payment.

If you want to make a payment for a different amount, or pay off the remaining balance, you can  reach out to our Customer Experience team and let them know the change you want to make, and provide consent to cancel your existing payment plan so you can set up a new payment or plan that works for you.

If you need to change or cancel your payment plan, we’ll need a heads-up at least 3 business days before your next payment is due to process. So if your payment is due to process on Thursday, please let us know by end of day Monday.

If you’re on a settlement plan, keep in mind that making changes might impact your eligibility.
