What will you accomplish?
Manage employee database and report using appropriate HR metrics
Lead the implementation of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage HR policies to maintain compliance and efficiency of the organisation
What do we need from you?
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resource Manager or Human Resource Generalist role
Located in O’Fallon, MO area
Experience administering HRM software (Payroll and ATS). Experience with Paycor Perform strongly preferred
Proven record of fostering healthy employee relations
People and results oriented
Excellent communications skills
In Depth understanding of federal and state labor regulations
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology preferred but not required
Promote effective and harmonious working relationships between staff and management by continually communicating strategies and policies.
Recommend employee best practises necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Work closely with all departments to enhance leadership capabilities of line management and provide meaningful insights.
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and disciplinary matters
Talent Acquisition and Development
Guide and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. This includes managing and coordinating all new employee onboarding programs, development and training.
Work in conjunction with our operations team to develop upskilling and development programs to achieve talent retention and performance goals.
Payroll and Benefits
Administer compensation and benefits packages as required for payroll purposes.
Maintain responsibility for monthly performance incentive compensation to be included in payroll.
