Our Data Lake securely stores insights. Think of an insight as customer interactions, for example the time that a particular customer opened an email, or the payment method they used to resolve their debt. Insights from customers around the world are stored in our Data Lake.

What does the Data Lake do?

InDebted’s Data Lake is essentially our secret sauce. It’s the intelligence that powers our machine learning and AI models to carry out targeted actions that create a positive, high performing, collections experience.

When a new account is referred to Collect, machine learning models will analyse the Data Lake to determine each action. They will look at the behaviour and engagement of similar accounts, to maximise the conversion rate at every opportunity. This includes specifics such as the time a message is sent, the channel the message is delivered to, the call to action and more.
