We’re looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to ensure an exceptional client experience by leading new and existing clients through our technical implementation process.

What will you accomplish?

  • Manage the end to end client onboarding and implementation for each client, from signed contract to live client with active referral

  • Manage the overall successful implementation of each client in a timely manner, with the objective of achieving quickest time to revenue for each client, with no (or where required, minimal) Product involvement 

Process

  • Document and maintain InDebted’s onboarding and implementation process in consultation with Implementation leadership, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams for all clients, including clients that both can and cannot meet InDebted’s spec

  • Active involvement with Sales and Solutions Engineering during the sales process to ensure that prior to signing, the selected platform is able to deliver to expectations agreed between InDebted and the Client and that a clear scope of work is agreed on signing.

  • Lead and deliver on-time implementations using InDebted’s playbooks and methodology

  • Work with Implementation leadership, Engineering and Product to continually refine and improve the onboarding process and methodology

  • Manage implementation Playbook to defined deadlines

Communication

  • Provide clear and actionable onboarding updates as necessary to Implementation leadership, Sales and clients

  • Review and provide clear direction on client’s technical data files 

  • Coordinate client conversations with internal InDebted teams as required

  • Work with Client Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales to provide client needs and feedback for product prioritization

Technical

  • Develop a deep understanding of both InDebted and client’s technical specifications, system requirements and limitations

  • Build technical specifications, data mappings and end-to-end system integrations between InDebted and clients’ systems

  • Identify technical and feature gaps between InDebted and clients’ systems, and implement solutions to fill in these gaps

  • Test integrations end-to-end in isolated environments identical to production to ensure quality and correct behaviour

  • Own the production environment and monitor for potential errors to ensure they are fixed in a timely manner

What do we need from you?

  • 5+ years of professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management or implementation management of systems integration

  • Understanding of data structures such as dictionaries and lists as well as networking protocols such as HTTPS, SFTP and TCP/IP

  • Strong project management experience managing multiple both Enterprise and Growth customer projects and deadlines

  • Ability to own the entirety of the project management functions for new client implementations and projects that can last for several months

  • Strong external and internal relationship management skills 

  • Ability to work with both sophisticated and unsophisticated clients with complex requirements

  • Experience in collaborating with Engineering and Product teams

InDebted is a remote-first company with offices in Sydney, Manila, London, Toronto, Montreal, and Missouri. 

This is a remote role based in North America.
