How does InDebted's pricing work?

Subscriptions are tiered based on features and user numbers. Base platform fees are payable annually in advance with usage fees (calls, sms, etc.) billed monthly in arrears.

What size businesses use InDebted?

We support a wide range of companies that span multiple industries. From startup lenders with 2 users through to debt purchasers and banks with over 650 users.

What are the usage fees?

Usage fees apply to all communication, payments, and data services used within the platform. Your account manager will provide our current rate card during the onboarding process.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No, however, our starter package is charged according to a minimum of 10 users (even if you use less).

What are your service level agreements?

We strive to maintain a 99.95% monthly uptime. You can view our current platform status here. Your specific service level agreement is included in your contract.

How much is your managed collections service?

In addition to platform fees our managed collections service also attracts a contingent success fee payable on every dollar we successfully recover.
