Lodging a Dispute

I'm familiar with the debt, but I’ve already paid it, or the balance seems incorrect

If you’re still receiving messages from us after you’ve already paid or believe that the current balance is incorrect, don’t worry. This happens sometimes when your payment record is yet to be reflected in our system by your original creditor. This can take 14 days from the day you made the payment.

If after 10 days you’re still receiving messages from us, you can complete a dispute form and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
