I'm familiar with the debt, but I’ve already paid it, or the balance seems incorrect
If you’re still receiving messages from us after you’ve already paid or believe that the current balance is incorrect, don’t worry. This happens sometimes when your payment record is yet to be reflected in our system by your original creditor.
This can take 10 days from the day you made the payment (See more: How long does it take for a payment to reflect on my account)
If after 10 days you’re still receiving messages from us, you can complete a dispute form and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
