The solution

The impact

Between September 2023 and March 2024, InDebted delivered a 33% higher liquidation rate compared to Snap’s second-best performing collections partner. For Spanish-speaking customers specifically, InDebted’s results were even more impressive—59% higher liquidation rates this quarter.

Snap customers also embraced the digital-first approach, with:

  • An average 44.5% email open rate over 12 months
  • More than 75% of customers choosing to self-serve their accounts via the online portal
