InDebted reaches out to customers to provide details about their debt and how they can set up payment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. We may send a verification text to confirm your phone number. Once verified, you’ll receive an initial message confirming your enrollment in InDebted notifications. Subsequent messages will be tailored based on your interaction with our services. For example, responding with ‘HELP’ might trigger further messages. However, you’ll receive no more than 3 messages per week
We reserve the right to terminate the text messaging service at any time without notice.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you.
By providing your mobile phone number and accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are the account holder or have the permission of the account holder for the mobile phone number provided.
We will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
