Information for SMS communication use for Canada
This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
By providing your mobile phone number, opting in and accepting these terms and conditions, you give InDebted permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details.
We will only send text messages to the mobile phone number you have provided to us.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any SMS you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages caused by factors outside of our control.
We reserve the right to terminate the text messaging service at any time without notice.
We may send a verification text to confirm your phone number. Once verified, you’ll receive an initial message confirming your enrollment in InDebted notifications. Subsequent messages will be tailored based on your interaction with our services. For example, responding with ‘HELP’ might trigger further messages. However, you’ll receive no more than 3 messages per week.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you.
By providing your mobile phone number and accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are the account holder or have the permission of the account holder for the mobile phone number provided.
