Information for SMS communication use in Australia and New Zealand

By providing your mobile phone number, opting in and accepting these terms and conditions, you give InDebted permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Standard message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details.

We will only send text messages to the mobile phone number you have provided to us.

You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at feedback@indebted.co to revoke your consent.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages caused by factors outside of our control.

We may send a verification text to confirm your phone number. Once verified, you’ll receive an initial message confirming your enrollment in InDebted notifications. Subsequent messages will be tailored based on your interaction with our services. For example, responding with ‘HELP’ might trigger further messages. However, you’ll receive no more than 3 messages per week.

We reserve the right to terminate the text messaging service at any time without notice.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you.

By providing your mobile phone number and accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are the account holder or have the permission of the account holder for the mobile phone number provided.
