You can see details about your account, like the balance and creditor info, by referring to emails we have sent to you. Depending on your creditor, you may also be able to view your account details when you login to your payment portal.
And if you’ve kicked off making payments - awesome job, by the way - we’ll shoot you an updated account balance in your payment confirmations. Depending on your creditor, you can also view your payment plan details through the link on your payment confirmations.
