Can I set up a payment plan with InDebted?
Of course! You can set up a flexible payment plan, and choose when you want payments to start, the instalments you’re comfortable with, and also the frequency of scheduled payments.
Simply head to the email or SMS we’ve sent you and click on the payment link to set up a payment plan that works for you. For more help, visit here.
If you need to change or cancel your payment plan, we’ll need a heads-up at least 3 business days before your next payment is due to process. So if your payment is due to process on Thursday, please let us know by end of day Monday. Payments are processed between 10am-12pm in your local time.
Just so you know, we can’t edit your current plan —we’ll need your go-ahead to cancel it so you can set up a new one. Please make sure to include your consent to cancel the plan in your change request so we can get this sorted as quickly as possible for you!
