By utilising the rich datasets we have accumulated from communicating with our customers via digital-first channels and other innovations, we are able to efficiently deliver significantly better collections performance results compared to our peers.Being a member of our Research and Development team, you will work in close collaboration with different departments to provide support to both internal and external stakeholders. As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying custom reporting data pipelines and file integration solutions.

You will play a vital role in developing machine learning and conversational AI solutions to resolve complex business problems, such as enhancing customer engagement, improving operational efficiency and improving collection performance. This involves end-to-end project management, ranging from the conceptualisation and innovation of solutions to the sourcing and processing of data, and to the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
