How can I make changes to my payment plan (change the date, amount, payment type, or cancel payment plan)?

🇦🇺🇳🇿🇨🇦🇬🇧If you’re in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United Kingdom:

You will have received an email when you first set up your payment plan outlining your payment plan details. You will also receive emails each time a payment is coming up, or a payment is processed, which gives you updates on your balance.

In any of these emails, you will also have a blue button labelled “Manage plan”. Simply select this option to update your plan when it suits you!

🇺🇸If you’re in the United States:

If you set up your payment plan online, you would have received an email outlining your payment plan details. You will also receive emails each time a payment is coming up, or a payment is processed, which gives you updates on your balance.

Depending on your creditor, you may also have a blue button in any of these emails labelled “Manage plan”. Simply search your inbox for an email with a subject line including “payment plan” and select this option to update your plan when it suits you!

If you don’t have a “Manage plan” button available, or you can’t find an email, please reach out to our Customer Experience team, who can assist you with updating your plan instead.

Note: If you need to connect with us to change or cancel your payment plan, we’ll need a heads-up at least 3 business days before your next payment is due to process. So if your payment is due to process on Thursday, please let us know by end of day Monday. 

If you’re on a settlement plan, keep in mind that making changes might impact your eligibility.
