Can I make a one-time payment or pay off the remaining balance on my account while in a payment plan?

🇦🇺🇳🇿🇨🇦🇬🇧If you’re in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United Kingdom:

If you have some extra funds on hand, you can easily make an extra payment online.

When you first created a payment plan, you will have received an email outlining your plan details. You’ll also receive emails each time a payment succeeds or fails. Each of these emails will have a blue button that allows you to trigger various account actions (e.g. “Manage Plan”, “Retry Payment”). Simply search your inbox for an email with a subject line including “payment plan” and select the blue button to make an extra payment.

Depending on your creditor, each of these emails may also have a blue button(“Manage Plan” or “Retry Payment”) that allows you to access your account and make an extra payment. Simply search your inbox for an email with a subject line including “payment plan” and select the blue button to make an extra payment. 

If you don’t have a “Manage Plan” or “Retry Payment”  button available, you can simply login to our online portal instead to make an extra payment. For more help on this, you can visit this page.
